For: the account owner (admin)
Each plan includes a monthly budget for the AI assistant @ai. Every question it answers uses a little of it. Bigger tasks, such as long files, use more.
What your plan includes

The budget is for your whole account, so everyone on your server shares it.
Check how much is left
- Sign in to the dashboard.
- Find the AI Usage card.
- Under AI budget this period you see how much has been spent out of your monthly budget.
- Resets on shows the date your monthly budget starts again.
- Top-up balance shows any extra budget you have bought.
Top up
- On the AI Usage card, click Top up €5 → +$5 AI budget.
- Complete the payment.
- The extra budget appears under Top-up balance.
Your top-ups are listed on the Billing page under Order History as AI Token Top-up.
Good to know
- Unused top-up carries over to the next period. The monthly plan budget starts fresh on the reset date.
- When the budget is used up,
