For: the account owner (admin)
When your team grows or you need more storage or AI budget, you can move to a bigger plan in a few clicks.
Upgrade
- Open Billing in the portal.
- Under Current Plan, check your current plan.
- Click Upgrade to {n} Users for the plan you want (for example Upgrade to 50 Users), or Upgrade Now.
- Follow the payment steps.
- When the payment is confirmed, you receive an email, and the new plan shows under Current Plan.
The upgrade also appears in Order History.
Which plan do I need?

- Count the accounts on your own server. See What counts as a user.
- Check your storage on the dashboard under Storage Usage.
- If you only need more AI budget for a while, a top-up may be enough. See AI budget.
A smaller plan
If you want to move to a smaller plan, contact support and tell us which plan you would like.
