For: the account owner (admin)
Everything about your plan and payments is on the Billing page of the portal.
See your plan
- Open Billing.
- Current Plan shows your plan.
- Next Renewal shows the date of your next renewal.
- Order History lists your payments.
The dashboard also shows your plan in the Plan card and your storage under Storage Usage.

Every plan includes end-to-end encryption, all bridges, daily backups and a custom domain. Your data is hosted in the EU (Germany), and a data processing agreement (DPA) is included.

Renewal
Your plan renews every month. The Billing page shows your next renewal date and how renewal works. You receive an email for every confirmed payment.
AI budget
Each plan includes a monthly budget for the AI assistant (@ai on your server). The AI Usage card on the dashboard shows how much is spent and when it resets. If you need more, click Top up €5 → +$5 AI budget. Unused top-up carries over. See AI budget.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time with Cancel Subscription on the Billing page. Cancelling has a 14-day notice period: your server stays active until then. See Cancel your subscription.
